1. Information we handle

  • Information you send us: your name, email address, message and any other details you choose to provide when contacting us. Please do not send passport copies, payment-card details, passwords or other sensitive documents in an ordinary enquiry.
  • Technical information: hosting and security systems can process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser and device information, referrers and error or security logs to deliver and protect the website.
  • Optional analytics information: if you accept analytics, Google Analytics can process cookie identifiers, page visits, interactions, device/browser information, referring sources and approximate location. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or message contents to Google Analytics.
  • Comments, where enabled: WordPress can collect the fields submitted with a comment, its content, the visitor’s IP address and browser information. Approved comment text and the chosen display name may be public; an email address submitted for moderation is not intended for public display.

2. Why we use information

The basis and available rights depend on the processing and the law that applies to you. Browsing this website is not treated as consent to optional analytics.

3. Cookies, local storage and your choices

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage after analytics consent. The site tag is configured to disable Google Signals and advertising personalisation signals and to keep advertising consent denied. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses, although IP information is used during collection for functions such as approximate location and service protection.

5. Hosting, integrations and service providers

Hostinger provides website hosting and related infrastructure. The website also loads a Hostinger Reach integration script from cdn-reach.hostinger.com. Requesting that resource can disclose technical information, such as your IP address, browser information and request details, to its provider even when you have not sent us an email. If a subscription form is offered, the form should identify the information requested and the communications you are choosing. WordPress and LiteSpeed caching help deliver the website. Cached copies of public pages and temporary technical files support performance and troubleshooting. Hosting, email, security and analytics providers may process information as needed to perform their functions. We do not offer your personal information for sale. We do not intentionally include sensitive enquiry contents in public page caches.
