- A driver will be fined AED 300. If they travel 19 kilometers per hour or above the posted speed limit.
Traffic Penalties In UAE: Driving While Drunk
A driver who is found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated faces a 20,000 AED fine and a possible prison sentence. The automobile will also be detained for 60 days and the driver will earn 23 black points.

If a motorist is caught operating a vehicle with expired tires, a 500 AED fine, four black points, and the car being impounded for a week will be assessed.
Window Tints
If a motorist is caught operating a car with window tints. That are more than 50% dense, an AED 1,500 fine will be assessed.
